Stephanie Tabije is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, where she focuses on end-to-end data center delivery and cross-functional program execution. She brings deep experience across the energy industry, engineering, and technical program management, shaped by 14 years at ExxonMobil. Stephanie holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin and is passionate about operational excellence, collaboration, decision quality, and developing strong teams.

Stephanie joined Leadership Houston in 2019 as part of Class 38, an experience that broadened her perspectives and deepened her love for the city she calls home. As a Board-at-Large member, she is energized to give back to an organization that has given so much to her by helping grow future cohorts, strengthening alumni relationships, and empowering the next generation of civic leaders in Houston.
