Marguerite brings more than 25 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations and strengthening communities. Guided by her faith and a servant-leadership mindset, she is passionate about connecting people to the tools and resources they need to thrive and reach their God-given potential.
Her background spans nonprofit leadership, financial strategy, and community engagement. Marguerite has served as an executive director, board member, and leader with the American Red Cross, where she supported volunteers and teams across a 51-county region. She has also led organizations focused on poverty alleviation, building strong partnerships and expanding programs to better serve communities.
In the private sector, Marguerite held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she worked closely with nonprofits to strengthen financial management, diversify funding, and build long-term sustainability. She brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to aligning resources with mission impact.
