Lereca Monik is the Principal Consultant of Monik Enterprises. Her work centers on two priorities: helping organizations grow and helping women advance in leadership. With 20 years of nonprofit experience, she has led development turnarounds, advanced multimillion-dollar investments, and built strategic partnerships that expand community opportunity.

Lereca helps organizations strengthen strategy, develop teams, and generate revenue. She also guides women to recognize their strengths, expand their influence, and pursue their personal and professional aspirations. Across both, her approach is rooted in love, accountability, and possibility.

Lereca serves on the board of Leadership Houston and is a lifetime member of the Greater Houston Partnership. She also mentors, coaches, and facilitates workshops at Rice University’s Center for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership.

Lereca is a member of The Garden Church, serving in the women's ministry and is the proud mother of LeReine. She enjoys reading, self-reflection, and long walks in the park.
