Kelley Taylor, Class XXXIV

Kelley Taylor is the CEO and Co-Founder of Taylor Construction Management (TCM), a Houston-based project management consulting firm at the forefront of capital improvement projects. In her role she is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm including identifying future clients and partners, P&L oversight, and strengthening the internal infrastructure. She is a decisive leader with proven success increasing revenue and growing the bottom line. In an effort to become a more empowered and engaged leader, she is an alumna of Leadership Houston where she learned more about Houston’s economy, history, and growth plans. She consistently supports causes and organizations to promote education, health and wellness, medical research, and economic empowerment. Various organizations have recognized Mrs. Taylor’s contribution to the Houston small business community as she is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions including, most recently, Houston’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2017 (Houston Woman Magazine), The Pinnacle Award (Greater Houston Black Chamber), Gerald Hines Award (Houston Area Urban League), Top 30 Influential Women in Houston (DMARS), WBE Who Rock (MBE Magazine), and Contractor of the Year (Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce).
