Hami Vo Arrington is a founder of One Foot Over, a strategy-first B2B marketing agency that helps tech and industrial manufacturing companies grow with clarity. She leads the agency in developing strategic frameworks and scalable systems that bring clarity to complex marketing challenges, helping in-house teams work more confidently, make stronger decisions, and stay aligned as they grow. One Foot Over’s approach turns scattered efforts into focused progress by ensuring that every tactic ladders up to a clear, grounded strategy.

Hami holds a BA in Public Relations and Marketing and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University. She is the Chair of the American Marketing Association (AMA) Foundation and a past president of AMA Houston and the Women’s Masters Network. She currently serves on the boards of the AMA, Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, and Leadership Houston. 

A passionate advocate for empowering women, Hami supports women’s leadership at every stage—from building confidence to building companies. She has spoken at organizations including the Asian Chamber of Commerce, Alert Logic Women’s Group, Gulf Coast Young Women's Leadership Symposium, Dress for Success Houston, Rice University’s Jones Graduate School Women in Leadership Conference, ACG Houston, and the Governor’s Small Business Forum for Women – Gulf Coast.
