Errol Allen II, Class XXX

Errol Allen II is a senior integrator in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA) at Johnson Space Center. At NASA, Errol manages financial planning and analysis for several space projects and programs.

In Houston, Errol is immediate president of the Houston Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. (NBMBAA), serving two (2) terms from 2015-2018. Prior to being elected president, he coordinated the chapter’s Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) high school mentoring program for six (6) years. Errol is continuing his commitment to the organization as conference chair for the 2019 NBMBAA Conference & Exposition in Houston, TX. He serves on the board of directors for the Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce (GHBC), and as vice president of the board of directors for The Collective Generational Mentoring Foundation (TCGMF). Errol also sits on the board of directors for Leadership Houston. He is a founder of and the steering committee chair for the Houston Black Leadership Institute (HBLI). Errol serves as Parliamentarian for the Alpha Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and as regional and district chair for the fraternity’s College-to-Corporate (C2C) initiative. He is a graduate of United Way’s Project Blueprint (Class 30), as well as Leadership Houston (Class 30). Errol is a Senior Fellow of American Leadership Forum – Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter (Class 42).

Errol Allen II is a native of Houston, TX, and a graduate of Florida A&M University. At Florida A&M, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and an MBA with a concentration in Finance. Errol is a member of The Fort Bend Church.
